Interestingly Shielas Wheels just sent the renewal for the IX 20 and it's £168 less than e sure want for my I10 and it's worth twice as much. As we have gap insurance on the IX20 I don't care what they value it at

I've probably driven less than a thousand miles in our IX20 and have stalled it a couple of times after it's restarted but the fact it stops doesn't bother me. I think the reason it stall or stumbles is because it has started itself and had no throttle applied, giving it a little more gas solves the problem.

Having had the car for a couple of months now, I am starting to get the feel of most things, but am still disturbed by the 'Intelligent Stop/Start' where the engine stops at traffic lights and in queues. I still cannot reliably forecast when it will happen; and when pulling away after it restarts, the vehicle sometimes feels as though it is going to stall.
Has anyone with more experience of these systems (this is my first car fitted with it) any suggestions or advice?

Ken
