Does brush application touch up paint have a shelf life
After it's opened ?

Doesn't it say on the packing? I think it's good for a long while though. I wouldn't be able to tell you how long because I'm not sure.

I still have one from my 57 plate i30 bought in 2007.
Paint and brush still useable

I'm not sure, the package I had didn't say but I used  luminescent paint Noxton (http://noxton.com) after. My car racing instructor said it was safe
