How much more does the long suffering motorist have to take..sh1tty roads and the nutters who drive on them and now this..

It's only the one officer proposing it. He'll lose all respect if he pushes it.

He is, though, the Chief Constable who heads the Road Policing unit of the NPCC which sets the guidelines.
