Title: Hello from Hyundai Newbie.
Post by: Ovo on July 05, 2017, 22:04:51
Just bought my first ever new car, a Hyundai i10 Premium SE and am well impressed at how such a small car can seem to drive like a much larger one. Currently done 310 miles and am doing what was known in my day as "Running in"  ;) am keeping it below 4000rpm for the first 600 miles, is there anything else I should do, or know that will help to give a good long life from my new toy?

Phill.

Congratulations on your new car :) I would be very interested to hear how you get on having considered 'downgrading' to an i10 a couple of times over the last few years.

Piskoty...
I have now done 2300 miles in my first month... I commute 120 miles per day and odds and sods during weekends and so far it has done all I ask. Comfy, easy to park, real-world 50mpg. With the cruise control on Sat nav on and music playing through Android auto it is a very nice place to be for my 1 and 1/2 hour drive each way.  Not regretting downsizing one bit !
It's a big car in a small package and I like it very much.

My i10 se has now hit 5k miles and I still love it, it's just as nice and comfy to drive as a bigger car.
