Just a quick post to say "HI". We are trading in our 2021 Lexus NX300h for a new Tucson and hopefully delivery will be later this month. We have chosen a Tucson Ultimate hybrid with the Ecocentric Grey with the Moss grey upholstery. Test drove one and we were really impressed with the vehicle and the way it handled. We did look at the RAV$, but in comparison it look very bland and unexciting. We have had Toyotas for probably close to 40 years so this is a big change for us.

Hi Surfer
Welcome to HOCGB.
We also have the Tucson Ultimate Hybrid with Moss Grey Leather Upholstery, but we definitely preferred the black leather from our previous one. Luckily, our chosen colour with the LLux pack was already at the docks, so we didn’t have a choice for the interior. How they came up with the name "Moss Grey" is beyond me, but rain-soaked blue jeans are absolutely not allowed in the car. :o

I always wear denims, but preferable dry. LOL! OH liked that colour scheme as always had cars with black upholstery and the Moss Grey made a pleasant change. As said it does not look anything like "moss grey" when it is just a cream colour? ;D

Our daughter had a cream leather sofa, and when guests arrived wearing blue jeans, the dye transferred onto the leather. Unfortunately, the blue staining could never be fully removed—lesson learned. :o

We have previously had cars with light coloured fabric and other cars with light coloured leather. Same with our leather lounge suites. Never had an issue with either becoming discoloured and I wear denim trousers almost every day except in summer when it is time for shorts.
