Pineapple, Honey, Gin drink
Something for you to try!
What’s needed?
1 Preserving jar 1.5 liters.
1liter bottle of gin.
340 gram tin of pineapple
Honey
How to make the drink.
Drain the syrup off the pineapple and rinse with water.
Place the pineapple in the preserving jar
Add 2 large table spoons of honey to the jar,
Then add the gin.
Shake the jar till the honey is mixed in with the gin.
Then leave the jar for 10 days.
After 10 days drain off the fluid in to a bottle and make a trifle with the pineapple.
Leave the fluid to settle out the sediment then pour off in to a clean bottle.
If it is to dry add honey to your taste the enjoy it!

But without the pineapple and honey ;)
