For some reason this is happening now every year and has been for some time.. so today I turn 72 and and think when we reach 60 we should start going backwards.. how many of you guys are oldies like myself.. ? and how are you coping with creaking bones etc..  :-\ :-[

I am gradually taking them to the NHS Garage to get the old worn out parts replaced. 78 this year. Tin Knee and Tin Hip.

Couple of spring chickens I turned eighty two last week, have had creaky bones for the last thirty years.
