Title: How do remove my IP address from a post?

Newbie here.  I have just created my first post.  I note that the post gives my IP address.  I would much rather not have this displayed.  How do I remove it, please?  If I cannot, how do I contact the Administrator to request its removal?  Thank you.

Your IP address is shown only to you and moderators. Remember that this information is not identifying, and that most IPs change periodically.

You cannot see other members' IP addresses, and they cannot see yours.
